Learn more about

our online book club.

All Wild Hearts Horses for Heroes programming is offered completely free of charge whether you choose to participate in our Healing through Horsemanship group program or private Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy sessions.

Healing through Horsemanship

Our 8-week program addresses Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and Military Sexual Trauma (MST) as well as other psychological challenges that make it difficult to return to duty or readjust to civilian life following deployment.

Participants gain horsemanship skills, forge an indescribable bond with our horses, and simultaneously address life and coping skills. Healing through Horsemanship program is entirely unmounted and requires no prior horse experience.

All programs are offered at our West Bridgewater location, only 5 miles from the Brockton VA.

We are currently enrolling for our Fall 2022 session.*

The program is limited to 6 participants and meets weekly on Friday mornings from 10AM - 12PM, beginning September 9th and ending October 28th.

We ask that participants commit to the full 8-week program (illness or scheduled absence excluded). If you aren't able to commit to the full 8-week program, please consider enrolling in Path to Healing's 4-week program. See below for details about Path to Healing.

The deadline to enroll is August 26th, 2022.

To enroll please complete our application and email to Julie Lovely at jlovely@wildheartstherapeutic.org or mail to P.O. Box 314, West Bridgewater, MA 02379.
